We are unable to accept insurance for direct billing; however we will be happy to complete a universal claim form for your prescriptions. Personal claim forms are also accepted. Please check with your insurance provider on which forms would be acceptable. We will keep your form on file for you and fill it out each time any of your prescriptions are filled. We would like to make this process as convenient as possible for you. Often times we find that insurance companies will deny your claims at first, however after continued submittal they will begin to pay your claims. Remember the insurance companies work for you; do not let them intimidate you. It is also important to be expedient and continuous with your claims leaving no gaps between months of service. Annual reports of all prescriptions are also provided, for tax purposes, upon request. Our trained staff members will be happy to assist you with any of your insurance questions.
