What is the iRefill App?

To better serve you, our valued customer, we would like to offer you our NEW Mobile Service – iRefill™. You may now place your prescription orders using your mobile device.

You will need the following to submit your refill request:

• - Your prescription refill number(s)
• - Your E-mail Address
• - The phone number where the pharmacy can reach you during working hours

In order to utilize the service, download and install the iRefill App on your mobile device by accessing the Android Market or the App Store for your Apple Device. Afterwards, you may begin utilizing the benefits of the iRefill Service by starting the iRefill App!

How to install and start using the iRefill App

1. Access the Market for your Android Device or the App Store for your Apple Device.
2. Tap the Search button. Then, type in iRefill in the search bar. You will notice that iRefill will be automatically populated on the bottom of your search. Tap on iRefill to continue.
3. The iRefill™ icon will appear on the screen. Tap the iRefill™ App by TeleManager Technologies, Inc.
4. Next, tap the Free button to proceed.
5. Launch the iRefill™ App on your mobile device.
6. Enter [ABC Pharmacy] in the Pharmacy Name section and Tap the Submit button.
7. Under [ABC Pharmacy], select the option to Add To Favorites.
8. You are now ready to submit refill requests.

How to submit refill requests

1. Launch the iRefill™ App on your mobile device.
2. The App will go directly to your pharmacy. Select the option to Refill Prescription.
3. In order to enter additional refill numbers, tap/press the Add/+ button
4. Select the Pickup or Delivery Option
   [Remove if Pharmacy only offers Pickup]
5. Enter your E-mail Address.
6. Enter the phone number where the pharmacy can reach you during working hours
7. Tap the Submit button.
8. A real-time status of each prescription refill you entered will appear on the screen.
