Pharmaceutical Compounding Accreditation Board-PCAB
In 2007 Village Compounding Pharmacy became the first pharmacy in
the state of Texas to earn the Pharmacy Compounding Accreditation
Board’s Seal of Accreditation. PCAB accreditation demonstrates that
Village Compounding Pharmacy meets the highest quality and safety
standards in its profession. The Board was founded by eight of the

USP 795 and 797 Compliance
Village Compounding Pharmacy meets all requirements set forth by the
U.S. Pharmacopeia to assure 795 and 797 compliance for both
non-sterile and sterile products.
USP 797 is endorsed by the Joint Commission of the Accreditation of
Healthcare Organizations and governs any pharmacy that prepares

Product Testing
VCP works with offsite laboratories for testing and confirming
product sterility.
Lab Testing
